White-Label Website Building

The white label website development partner for agencies that ship client sites.

Full lifecycle. About two weeks. Mutual NDA on every engagement. Your clients never know we exist.
Quick Answer

SiteWise is a white-label website building partner for marketing agencies. We handle the full lifecycle (onboarding, research, copy, design, development, launch, and maintenance) in about two weeks under a mutual NDA. Your clients never know we exist.

What is included

The full lifecycle. End to end. Under one roof.

Nine stages, run as a single parallel pipeline. The agency hands off the client. We hand back a launched, ranking site. No phase-by-phase vendor handoffs. No gaps in scope.
  1. 01

    Onboarding

Your client meets our proprietary onboarding agent. It collects the brief, brand assets, and goals over a structured form plus follow-up. You stay out of the back-and-forth.

  2. 02

    Industry Research

Real competitive analysis. We map the actual SERP competitors, the persona pain points, and the structural gaps in their pages. Not a templated audit.

  3. 03

    SEO Research

Real keyword research with Serper data, real intent mapping, real cluster planning. The site architecture is built around the words that convert, not the words that look impressive.

  4. 04

    Copywriting

Conversion copy written page by page against a strategic brief. Brand voice tuned to the client. Schema-aware FAQ copy. No generic AI fluff.

  5. 05

    Design

Custom design system built for the client. Editorial type, intentional rhythm, motion where it earns its place. We do not ship template skins.

  6. 06

    Development

Production-grade Next.js code. Security headers, JSON-LD, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals handled at the build phase, not bolted on later.

  7. 07

    Hosting

Deployed to your client's Cloudflare account. They own the infrastructure. We do not lock the site to a SiteWise platform.

  8. 08

    Launch

DNS cutover, final QA, sitemap submission, and a clean handoff. Everything is presentation-ready for the agency to walk through with the client.

  9. 09

    Maintenance

Ongoing updates, monitoring, and small content edits. Optional SEO and GEO retainer for clients who want continuous growth work.

White label means white label

Your clients never know we exist. Mutual NDA on every engagement.

The mutual NDA covers the work, the relationship, and your client roster. SiteWise will not name your client, your agency, or the engagement in any public channel. We never publish or display a partner build without explicit permission, full stop. The few examples in our portfolio are the exceptions we were cleared to show. If you want work relevant to your niche, reach out and we share builds privately.
Client onboarding runs through a proprietary agent that represents your brand, not ours. It collects the brief, brand assets, and goals, then runs the follow-up cycle to fill any gaps. Once onboarding is complete, all ongoing client communication goes through you. You stay in front of the relationship. We stay invisible by design.
No SiteWise email signatures on client-facing comms. No SiteWise branding on deliverables. No SiteWise metadata in the deployed site. Invisibility is the operational rule, not a courtesy we offer when asked.
How the partnership works

Hand off the client. We do the work. You review once. We launch.

Five steps. Each one names what you do and what we do, plainly. No marketing language. No vague "we partner with you" phrasing.
01

Hand off

Agency does

Send the client to our onboarding link under your branding.

SiteWise does

Receive the client. Confirm scope. Open the project under your name.

02

Onboard

Agency does

Stay out of the form-filling. We handle the back-and-forth.

SiteWise does

Run the onboarding agent. Collect the brief, assets, and goals in one pass.

03

Build

Agency does

Nothing. The two-week window is ours.

SiteWise does

Research, copy, design, dev, schema, and QA. Parallel pipeline. No phase-by-phase wait.

04

Review

Agency does

One staged review. Send revisions in a single batch.

SiteWise does

Apply revisions, re-QA, and prep the launch package.

05

Launch

Agency does

Deliver the site to your client under your brand.

SiteWise does

Cut over DNS, monitor launch, hand over keys. Maintenance starts immediately.

What you own

You own everything. We own the pipeline.

At project completion, your client owns the code, the domain, the hosting account on Cloudflare, and every asset produced for the site. The code is fully exportable. There is no SiteWise platform lock. If we ever pivot, shut down, or change scope, the site continues to run on infrastructure that belongs to your client.

Revision policy

Three rounds of revisions per build. Send them whenever you have them, through whatever channel works for the engagement. Turnaround on a revision batch is typically two business days.

Specifics are confirmed in writing during onboarding.

Why this is different

In-house. Sequential outsourcing. Or this.

In-house is expensive and slow. Sequential outsourcing is unpredictable. SiteWise is the structural alternative.

Pricing

Volume-tiered wholesale, plainly shown.

Agency pricing is volume-tiered to annual site cadence. The per-site number drops as cadence rises, across four published bands: 12 sites or fewer per year, 13 to 24 per year, 25 to 50 per year, and 50+ per year. Every band has a flat per-site price at every page-count tier.

The matrix is the structure. The exact number for your engagement is confirmed on a 30-minute discovery call once we have your typical page-count and any custom complexity. See the full matrix.

Common questions

Six questions. Six direct answers.

  • A white-label website builder is a partner that designs and develops sites for your agency to resell under your own brand. SiteWise is a done-for-you version of this. We handle research, copy, design, development, launch, and maintenance. Your clients never see our name. You sell the site as your own.
