Who we are

What we collect

• Form data. When you submit a contact, book a call, or business intake form, we collect your name, email, message, and phone number if you provide one.
• Attribution data. When you arrive at the site, we record the UTM source from the URL, the external referrer, your entry URL, and the page you submit from. If Meta cookies (_fbc, _fbp) are already set in your browser, we read them so we can match conversions to ad campaigns.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
• Analytics. Google Tag Manager loads on every page and may set Google Analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

How we use it

• Reply to your inquiries and deliver onboarding to qualified prospects.
• Measure which channels and campaigns produce real conversations.
• Detect and block spam through a hidden honeypot field and a server-side timing check on form submission.
• Keep the service secure and operational.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of vetted subprocessors. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

• Cloudflare. Hosting, edge delivery, and the serverless runtime that processes form submissions.
• Resend. Transactional email delivery for form notifications and confirmation messages.
• Google. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for aggregate, non-PII usage measurement. We do not send your name, email, or message to Google.
• Meta (Facebook). If Meta pixel cookies are already present in your browser when you submit a form, we forward those values with the lead so the matching ad campaign can be credited. We do not set Meta cookies ourselves on this site.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained in our inbox for the duration of an active engagement plus a reasonable archive period for business records. Attribution data captured during your visit lives in your browser session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you. You can also opt out of any marketing communication. We honor requests under GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the CCPA. Email [email protected] and we will handle it.

Children

SiteWise is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy we will revise the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period.
