Website management

Somebody owns the site forever. It is not you.

Content changes, tracking, hosting, security and defect fixes. Your client sends it to you, you send it to us, it is done in two business days. The monthly number is confirmed on a call.

What is white-label website management?

It is a flat monthly plan that covers every change to a client website plus the hosting, security and upkeep behind it. The agency sends the request, SiteWise makes the change within two business days, and the agency confirms it with their client. There is no per-edit invoice, no separate hosting bill, and no plugins to update. Anything broken in our own work is fixed at no charge.

What it covers

Everything that would otherwise land on your desk.

  • Content changes

Text, images, phone numbers, hours, service descriptions, new photos. The everyday things a business changes and then forgets it changed.

  • Small design changes

Adjusting or reworking a section inside the existing design, short of a full redesign and without a lecture about scope.

  • Adding elements

A new testimonial, a promo banner, another FAQ entry, a new team member. Anything that slots into a shape the site already has.

  • Tracking and tags

Analytics, call tracking, ad pixels, Search Console. If you are running ads into the site, this is the part that tells you whether they worked.

  • Site-wide small changes

A footer update, a badge on every page, a phone number that changed everywhere at once.

  • Hosting and upkeep

Runs on Cloudflare. There is no separate hosting bill and nothing for your client to renew.

  • Security and updates

Dependencies kept current, SSL, spam protection. No plugins, so no plugin updates breaking the site on a Saturday.

  • Defect fixes, free, forever

If we built it and it is broken, we fix it at no charge. No time limit, no invoice, not a support tier you buy.

Quoted separately

Ask, we scope it, you approve it, you mark it up.
  • New pages
  • A full redesign
  • New functionality or integrations: booking, portals, payments
  • Migrations to or from another platform

On the word unlimited

Unlimited means unlimited. If a client starts sending thirty requests a week we will talk to you before anything changes. That is the only caveat, and we would rather write it down than discover it together.
Why it is one flat number

When every edit costs seventy-five dollars, the edits stop.

The client stops sending changes, the site goes stale, and eighteen months later they want a rebuild instead of an update. A flat fee removes the friction on purpose: an edited site stays current, and a current site keeps converting and ranking. Please do not charge your client per tiny edit. You can, it is your client, but the whole point is that changes flow.
How a change moves

Four steps, and your client only ever sees one of them.

  1. Your client asks you

Email, text, a call, whatever you already use with them. They never learn there is anyone else involved.

  2. You send us the request

Which page, what changes, the new text or image. A screenshot with a circle drawn on it is genuinely fine.

  3. We make the change

Within two business days for most requests. On anything bigger we tell you the timing up front instead of going quiet.

  4. You confirm with your client

They hear it from you. Every time, on every change, forever.

Say it like this

The site comes with a monthly plan. Any change you want, you send it to me and it is done: new photos, a price change, a new service, a promo banner, tracking for your ads. There is no per-edit invoice, no hosting bill, and nothing for you to update. We keep it current and we keep it secure.
Included with management

For the small stuff, you do not have to wait on us at all.

Every managed site comes with an AI editor, currently in beta, that is yours rather than your client’s. Describe the change in plain English, look at a preview of the whole site with the change in it, and publish it yourself when it reads right. A typo does not need a ticket.
It deliberately refuses anything that could break the site: no forms, no tracking, no code, no layout, no new pages. Those still come to us, and the tool says so politely when you ask.

On the services page, the heading that reads Outdoor Kitchen Builder Tampa should say Outdoor kitchens built for Tampa backyards

Preview ready

Updated one heading on the Services page, and the page title to match.

In writing

What you can promise your client, because we promise it to you.

  • Anything broken in our work is fixed at no charge, always

If we built it and it is wrong, we fix it. There is no time limit on that and no invoice for it. That is the floor, not a support tier.

  • Change requests done within two business days

Send the change, get it back. On the rare request that needs longer we tell you the timing up front instead of going quiet.

  • We will not guarantee rankings, and neither should anyone else

Nobody honest can promise a position on Google or a citation in ChatGPT, because nobody selling SEO controls either. What we guarantee is the input: a page for every service and every service area, code that loads fast, content those systems can read, and a report every month showing what was done and why.

What your client will ask

Six questions, and what to say to each one.

  • Because a website is never finished. Hours change, services get added, photos get old, ad tracking needs updating, and the hosting and security need someone watching them. The monthly plan means they send you a change and it is done, with no per-edit invoice, no plugins to update, and no separate hosting bill.

The site gets you in the door. Management is what keeps you paid.

Every site you sell should leave with a monthly plan attached. We will go through the number on the call, along with what it looks like across a few clients rather than one.
