What a build costs you. What the market charges your client.
Three things most white-label sites never ship.
They rank in Google.
Every build starts with real keyword and search-intent research, so the architecture targets the terms that convert. Technical SEO and clean, fast code are baked in.
They get cited by AI.
GEO is built into every page: structured data, Quick Answer blocks, and declarative copy that ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews can pull and attribute. You show up where buyers now ask.
They're built from scratch.
A custom design system and custom code for every client, owned by them and deployed to their own infrastructure. No template skins, no lock-in, nothing shared with the next site.
How to count the pages, on the call
5 to 6
Core pages
Home, about, contact, reviews, gallery or projects, and the blog index. Almost every business needs the same set.
One per service
Service pages
One for every service they sell. A plumber doing drain cleaning, water heaters, leak repair, repiping, sewer work and emergencies has six.
One per area
Service area pages
One for every city or neighborhood they want calls from. Not everywhere they will drive, everywhere they want the phone to ring.
Worked example
Plumber
6 core + 8 services + 6 areas = 20 pages
10 to 20 pages, from $2,300
Sits at the top of the first tier. Two more service areas and it moves up a row, which is worth knowing before you quote it.
Worked example
Roofer
6 core + 10 services + 15 areas = 31 pages
30 to 40 pages, from $3,900
Serving fifteen towns is what moves this build two tiers up. The area count is usually the number that decides the price.
What a build runs, by page count.
Let’s scope it.
Bigger than fifty pages, or something genuinely custom like booking or payments? That is a call, not a cell on a chart. We scope it with you and you mark it up.
These are entry prices and they improve as your volume rises. Your exact number is confirmed on a 30-minute call, once we have the page count.
What your client is paying elsewhere, and what they get for it.
| What your client is weighing | What it costs them | What they actually get |
|---|---|---|
| A template or WordPress shop | $1,500 to $3,000 | A theme, some plugins, and their own copy pasted in. Five to eight pages, no research, slow to load, plugin updates that break things on a weekend, and a rebuild in eighteen months. |
| A DIY AI builder | About $30 a month | It looks fine and it has no strategy. No research, no page for each service, no page for each city they serve, and nobody maintaining it. A brochure, not a salesperson. |
| A traditional agency | $10,000 to $15,000, over 6 to 10 weeks | Comparable quality at roughly twice the price and four times the wait, with your client doing the back and forth themselves. |
| Doing nothing | $0 | The site they have keeps costing them calls every day it stays up. This is the option you are usually really competing with. |
Same deliverables at every tier. Clear exclusions, no scope creep.
Every build carries these, in writing.
Live in 14 days from complete information
The clock starts when we have the interview answers, the brand assets, and the domain details. Every day either side is late moves launch by a day, and we tell you which day it was.
A finished homepage on day 3
Not a wireframe or a mockup. A real homepage you can walk your client through on a call, three days in, with unlimited revisions on it before the rest of the site is built.
Unlimited revisions on the homepage, a full pass before launch
Revise the homepage as many times as it takes. When the full site is up on day 12 you get a reasonable revision pass before we launch. Anything after launch is handled under management, not counted against the build.
We will not guarantee rankings, and neither should anyone else
Nobody honest can promise a position on Google or a citation in ChatGPT, because nobody selling SEO controls either. What we guarantee is the input: a page for every service and every service area, code that loads fast, content those systems can read, and a report every month showing what was done and why.
What is not priced on this page
Don’t take our word for it. See the work.
Most of our work stays private. Every engagement is mutual-NDA from day one, so a partner build is only ever shown with explicit permission, and the sites in our portfolio are the ones we were cleared to show. On the call we can walk you through builds relevant to your niche, privately.
